The synopsis for this requirement was originally posted on April 1st, 2019 on FBO and announced that solicitation (RFQ) 36C26119Q0511 will be procured under FAR Part 13.106-2, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
On April 15th, 2019, a modification to the synopsis was posted on FBO to announce that the solicitation number has changed to (IFB) 36C26119B0024 and will instead be procured under FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding procedures.
