Replace Two Sets of Exterior Double Doors

Project Name: Replace Two Sets of Exterior Double Doors, Building 1305
a. This is a Request for Proposal in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
b. The projected magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
c. The anticipated contract is a Firm Fixed Price and Total Small Business award. The Small Business must be registered and current in System of Award Management at time of award.
d. Payment and Performance Bonds are not required.
e. The desired Period of Performance for the project is 90 days
f. A site visit will be held on 12 September 2019 at 10:00 AM. If you do not have a visitor pass you will need meet at 9:30 AM at Hanscom AFB, Visitor Control Center. You will need a
current license, current vehicle registration, and current proof of insurance, as well as a photo ID for any passenger.
g. If you plan on attending the site visit please submit who is attending, company name, and phone number via email to the POC no later than 12 September at 9:00 AM.
h. Submit any technical or contractual questions via email to the POC. Please submit all questions by 13 September 2019, 10:00 AM.
i. Proposals must be valid up to 30 days after the submission deadline.
j. Proposals must include the attached Standard Form 1442 and Section B (completed).
k. Proposals must be received to the POC via e-mail no later than 17 September 2019, 12:00 PM EST.
l. If you cannot or elect not to attend the site visit, you may still submit a proposal via email.
m. As in Section M, proposals are evaluated for award by lowest price technically acceptable.

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are currently available for this effort. The Government does not anticipate a cancellation towards this effort, but the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
