Replace Transformer Station Bldg 105, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community
Replace Transformer Station Building 105, Rock Quarry, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community. This project consists of the following work - disassembly of existing low voltage installation devices, reinstall new transformer station, renovate interior of station, construct new transformer building, install medium and low voltage switching system, and install electrical distribution of the old station.
The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Magnitude of Work: $100,000 - $500,000. Time for completion is 210 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 120 days is included. Work is to be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German laws (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12). Please contact the contract specialist for any questions.
