The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA has a requirement for project 693-13-120 Replace Steam Pressure Stations. This project consists of, but not limited to the following; providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports o replace Steam pressure stations throughout the facility of the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Facility, 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 720 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All work on this project shall be accomplished between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov . Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is $15 Million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation documents will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about Aug 29th, 2017.
