Replace Simplified Voyage Data Recorder with JRC model and recertify SVDR system

Military Sealift Command (MSC) Ship Support San Diego intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.  The proposed contract action, for which the Government intends to solicit under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), for the replacement of the RUTTER VDR-100/G2 model Simplified Voyage Data Recorder (SVDR) with the compatible JRC JCY-1950 model in support of USNS GUADALUPE.
