PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR: Project 676-18-112 Replace Roofing B452 at Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E. Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660. This construction project is set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small Business (SDVOSBs).
Provide for and furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, and other items required under the provisions of this contract to complete the project listed above. Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, equipment, temporary protection, and qualified supervision to replace and repair deficiencies in the roofing of Building 452 at the Tomah VA Medical Center in accordance with drawings package and PG-18 VA Specifications, local and state codes. Work is to be completed within 160 days after Notice to Proceed.
The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on FedBizOpps.gov. There will be a pre-bid site visit held for this project and all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid site conference will be included in the solicitation package.
The solicitation for this project will be issued on/or about November 1st, 2017 with the bid opening on/about December 1st, 2017. The bidder is responsible to monitor and download any amendments from FedBizOpps.gov which may be issued to this solicitation.
The project magnitude range is between $100,000.00 and $150,000.00.
The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238160; size standard $15.0 Million applies.
In accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006, Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), competition is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms. The SDVOSB must be registered with and verified by the Center of Verification and Evaluation http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, (CVE) prior to submission of an offer, and verified in the following websites: https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
