Replace Roofing
Project includes: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to remove and properly dispose of existing wood shingle/shake roofing, all flashing and underlayment; replace with new, historically consistent underlayment, flashing and shingles; replace all chimney spark screens; repair chimney cement caps on a historic structure at the park. Contractors MUST have prior experience re-roofing historic structures.
