Replace Heat Piping

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, insurance and licensing to replace existing piping, valves, thermometers, circuit setters and insulate in the boiler room. Replace heating return lines in the basement, replace zone valves with ball valves, install new pumps, replicate two (2) existing pumps from ceiling mount to wall mount, and replace seismic hangers
