Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), 42d Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will be issuing a solicitation for the renovation of building 803, Maxwell AFB, AL. Work consists of, but not limited to, the following: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to perform all operations in connection with the replacement of the HVAC System, Bldg 803, in accordance with the specifications and applicable drawings. Project No: PNQS-03-1500. The period of performance is 365 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
