Replace Five Unitary Rooftop Cooling Units
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
This solicitation is 100% set-aside for total small businesses associated with NAICS 238220, size standard $15 million. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single offeror determined to be responsive and responsible. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: https://www.sam.gov. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the date of posting. It is the Offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. DESCRIPTION: Furnish all labor, equipment, tools and materials required to replace three (3) existing Unitary Rooftop Cooling Units on the Conference Building and two (2) existing Unitary Rooftop Cooling Units on the GIS Building. Replace associated equipment, ductwork, and components as required.
The proposed contract will be awarded to the Offeror that represents the lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA).
HOW TO SUBMIT QUOTE: Quotes can be submitted by email or hand-delivered. Telephone or faxed quotes will not be accepted. Quotations are due via e-mail or hand delivered no later than 2:00 PM EST, 06 August 2019. It is the Offeror's responsibility to verify quote was received.
