Replace Fitness Center Saunas
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, equipment and labor necessary to remove the existing sauna heaters and install new 18KW heaters in each sauna (2 in the men's and 2 in the women's). Sauna dimensions are as follows: Women's - 18.6 x 9 x 7. Men's - 13.4 x 16.5 x 7. Provide all electrical work needed to power new sauna heaters (wiring/conduit/circuit breakers) in accordance with the manufactures recommendations. Remove existing wiring, conduit, and circuit breakers to the existing heaters. Adhere to all regulations for electrical installs per NEC, NFPA, OSHA, etc. Coordinate with electric shop once repairs are completed to verify that the new saunas are working properly. Perform all other necessary work for a complete operational system.
