Replace Fire Riser Feed Pipes - DDJC Tracy Site
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for a Market Research ONLY to determine the availability of small business firms for a potential small business category type set-aside.
This effort is for a Design-Build to Remove/Replace Underground Steel Feed Pipe for the Fire Risers with PVC pipe at Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC), Tracy Site in California. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to remove and replace all underground steel feed pipe for the fire risers and replace with PVC pipe in 11 warehouses at the Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy Site. There are 77 locations where the subject pipe runs below an external shipping dock. Each dock is approximately 15 feet deep by 41 inches high. They are constructed with a concrete slab/shell (approximately 4 inches thick) over compacted dirt.
