SOLICITATION
Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for Replacing Fire Dampers, U.S. Coast Guard Telecommunications & Information Systems Command (TISCOM), Alexandria, Virginia. Major work items include but are not limited to: Remove any existing fire dampers, ductwork, and duct insulation as needed. Install fire dampers, access panels, and sleeves at locations identified in contract drawings in Dawson Hall. Test dampers in accordance with NFPA 80; Work associated with these items is described in the specification sections and/or are shown on the contract drawings. Incidental work items not listed above and necessary for completing the project shall be included.; Mobilization, demobilization and clean up; Supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, labor and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work.
Period of performance is 77 Days After Notice Of Award.
This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K.
This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
