The project scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to replace the Main Electrical Distribution Panel and Branch Circuit Panel boards in Pine Hall:
Scope of work:
- The replacement of the Main Distribution Panel complete with terminations, branch circuit and equipment breakers, metering system, conduit, wire and all materials necessary for a complete functional system.
-The replacement of Branch Circuit Panels complete with terminations, circuit breakers, conduit and wire required for a complete and functional system.
-Provide circuit testing material and labor for verifying all branch circuits. Provide updated panel schedules to reflect actual branch circuits.
-Provide wire and conduit for Main Distribution Panel and branch circuit panels.


Solicitation packages will be available on or about 15 March 2018.
Tentative date for receipt of bids is 17 April 2018 at 2:00PM.
Period of Performance: Award is anticipated to be made in late April 2018. The overall period of performance is Notice to Proceed plus twelve (12) weeks. On site work is 24 May 2018 through 2 July 2018.


The applicable North American Industry Classification systems (NAICS) code is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15 Million. The estimated value of the procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Payment and/or Performance bonds will be required.


The acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14. Pursuant to FAR Part 19.5 set aside for Small Business, this solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns.
