The above referenced solicitation for Installation of Wire Rope at Bluestone Lake, Hinton, WV, is amended as follows:
According to US Army Corps of Engineers Acquisition Instruction (UAI), 36.205-100 Statutory Cost Limitations, no civil works construction contract shall be awarded if the contract price exceeds the Government estimate by more than 25%. Based off these guidelines, the Government did not receive a bid within an awardable range.
As a result, this procurement is being withdraw n in its entirety.
