Replace Collapse Endangered Exterior Stairs, 8100 to 8600 Area, Baumholder, GERMANY
1. The contract is for the replacement of collaps endangered exterior stairs.
2. The solicitation will result in Firm Fixed Price Contract.
3. The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 July 2014 with an anticipated bid opening of approximately 29 August 2014. The solicitation will be posted at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments.
4. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Theater Contracting Center (TCC), Kaiserslautern.
5. Work will be performed in Germany and the contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
6. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12)
7. Magnitude of project: between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00
