This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is # FA3016-18-U-0221 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attachment for the RFQ. This purchase is a Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 314910 and the size standard is 500 employees.

For site visits a base pass is required to gain access. Please utilize the pass request format and submit 24 hrs. prior or eailer to obtain a pass. Passes can be pickup at the JBSA Lackland Visitor Center, see Base Map attachment for locations and below for request format.
Site Visit. A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 26 June 2018, at 8:00am.The location is 1820 Bong Street, Lackland AFB, TX 78236, Bldg 2254. Please submit for a Base Pass for access onto JBSA Lackland in the following format:
