GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The contractor shall be replacing our existing absorption chiller System in the main hospital building on our campus. The contractor shall perform all demolition shown in the construction documents provided, including the existing cooling towers, absorption chiller, radiator unit, roofing material, etc. The contractor shall procure all the new equipment specified in the construction documents and install all items as planned. The contractor will be responsible for the commissioning of the entire chiller system and ensure we meet the performance specification of the project. Contractor shall remove all demolished equipment and parts from the project and demobilize from the site. Contractor shall provide caps for all temporary connections, so they are secure and can be utilize at a future date if needed.
