This is a pre-solicitation / synopsis notice. This requirement is a 100% setaside for small service disabled veteran owned business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be certified by the VA CVE, or the offer will be rejected with no consideration. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220, and the small business size standard is $33.5 million. The RFP VA259-14-R-0500 will be issued in conjunction with this notice.
