A site visit by all interested vendors is strongly recommended for this C3 (Customer, Contracting, Commerce) Partnering Solicitation. Thereafter, a technical proposal will be submitted by the vendors for review. The review will determine whether the technical proposal is: acceptable; reasonably susceptible of being made acceptable; or unacceptable. The project description is attached.
The site visit will be held on Thursday, 05 June 2014 at 13.00 hrs. The meeting point is the conference room of Building #234, DPW, Vilseck.
