Replace Balcony Rail at Leamy Hall, US Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT
Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal, supervision, and incidental related work necessary to install a new stainless steel cable handrail and remove the existing handrail to the balcony/terrace at Leamy Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT.
The anticipated construction period for onsite performance is from 18 April 2016 through 22 April 2016. The estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000. A Payment bond will be required if the contract price exceeds $35,000.00. The applicable NAICS code is 238190, with a small business size standard $15.0 million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 20 November 2015. The tentative date set for submitting quotations is 14 December 2015 at 4:00 PM EST. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13, and in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns.
