Replace Air Handling Units
The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK, intends to release Solicitation 36C25919R0090 to replace air handling units
The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center requires Construction services from a firm to furnish all labor, tools and materials to replace air handling units, in accordance with statement of work and all applicable specifications and drawings. Project will be performed in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after April 3, 2019.
The purpose of this requirement is to replace air handling units at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. Work includes but is not limited to the following items; replacement of 4 air handling units to include modification of supporting systems and ductwork, replacement of 3 hot water reheat systems, replacement of general exhaust fans and isolation exhaust fans serving Building 1, installation of VFD s on selected units, and replacement of 3 exiting steam pressure reducing valves.
This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is NAICS CodeB 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors $15.0M.
This requirement is for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. Costs are firm fixed priced and scheduling has enough notification time to allow for the contractor to provide the service.
