Replace Air Handlers
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Site Visit Information:
A NON Mandatory site visit will be held on 23 August 2017 at 0900 hrs. (CEST) . Meeting point is next to the main gate pass & ID center, Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany.
Please confirm your attendance per e-mail by 22 August 2017 at 1500 hrs. (CEST) to both POCs as listed above.
Not more than (2) two attendees per contractor. Please bring a valid passport, driver license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance for the vehicle you want to drive onto Spangdahlem Air Base; if the paperwork cannot be presented, access to the installation will not be granted.
