Repairs and Renovations
The Commission is requesting submittal of
Proposals to provide construction services for the project identified below and any future yet to be
determined projects, which will consist of the Repair and Rehabilitation of Buildings and Facilities. The Commission
seeks to contract with a qualified firm for an initial period of two years with options for two two-year
renewal extensions. During the contract period, the Commission may add additional projects and present these
projects to the contracted firm selected for that Project Group I. For future projects the awarded
construction firm will submit a cost and schedule proposal based on the design presented to them by the
A/E for Group I. If a negotiated agreement cannot be reached, the Commission reserves the right to award additional
work through a separate competitive solicitation process. Project scopes may cover all aspects of the
construction and rehabilitation of new and existing juvenile correctional and treatment facilities.
Contractor will be expected to provide all materials, labor, coordination and supervisory activities
necessary to complete construction of the project(s)
