Repair of the Electro-Magnetic Test Set Fast Characterization Tool (FaCT)
This is a notice of intent that the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Robins AFB anticipates issuing a contract for the Repair of the Electro-Magnetic Test Set Fast Characterization Tool (FaCT) NSN 4920-01-571-1970RN and NSN 4920-01-565-4320RN.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Vision System International LLC (VSI), CAGE code: 06VL3. The authority for this acquisition falls under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification: Supplies and services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
