Repair of SM-932 Countermeasure Signal Simulator
All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at [email protected] no later than 07/03/2014 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
Solicitation N00421-14-T-0383 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed delivery order on a sole source basis with ALLIANT TECHSYSTEMS OPERATIONS LLC for OEM Service Repair of SM-932 COUNTERMEASURESIGNAL SIMULATOR 01-604-0778, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
***Basis for Award***
The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote no later than 07/07/2014. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers.
