•1. SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR AMETER CALIBRATOR / AMPLIFIER Repair
•A. INTRODUCTION
•1. This is a Sources Sought synopsis being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is for planning purposes only and there is no solicitation available at this time.
•2. This is an initial step in the planning process for the delivery/repair meter calibrator /amplifier. The Government is contemplating award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.
•3. The 377 MSG/PKB at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, seeks potential sources to provide: Fluke Manufactured parts for repair and Z540 Calibration with data of 5720A/5725A Meter Calibrator with Amplifier, all repairs must be warranted by Fluke IAW Air Force Metrology and Calibration Program (AFMETCAL) and Equipment Management Office (EMO). Must be an authorized distributor for Fluke based on warranty. This will include FOB-Destination shipping from and to Kirtland AFB, NM 87117.
•4. Delivery Date: Preferred 30 Day After Receipt of Offer (ARO).
•5. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity Electrical Signals.
•B. INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS:
•1. All businesses capable of providing this product are invited to respond. Any information provided to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is voluntary and the Government will not pay for any information submitted. Respondents are requested to submit capability packages electronically, as described below.
•a. Requested information listed below must be received no later than 1100 hours (Mountain Standard Time) on 1 December 2017.

Meter Calibrator/Amplifier Repair:
Repair and Z540 Calibration with data of 5720A/5725A Meter Calibrator with Amplifier. High use calibration standard at Kirtland AFB Precision Measurement Electronic Laboratory (PMEL).
This equipment is to include Fluke warranty, in accordance with Air Force Metrology and Calibration Program (AFMETCAL) and Equipment Management Office (EMO) provided equipment based on the Table of Allowance within the Technical Orders (TOs). The calibration TOs list this equipment in the Table of Equipment as the intern of calibration of various meters and is part of the Air Force inventory.
