Repair of Mako Breathing Air Compressor
1. Description: Scope of work . The contractor shall perform all necessary repairs/parts replacement as listed below on Malmstrom A FB, for the Mako Breathing Air Compressor, model BAC06.The contractor is responsible for all routine maintenance,repairs,and installation of necessary parts to render the Air Compressor serviceable. Once all repairs have been completed, the Mako Air Compressor must be able to comply with NFPA 1981:Standard on Open-Circuit Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus {SCBA) for Emergency Services. The contractor will install all the parts listed below as required for the Mako Breathing Air Compressor to become serviceable once again. Additionally, the contractor will perform a regularly scheduled maintenance.

The contractor will be signed on by Fire Department Personnel to allow access to the base.
2. Extent of Obligation: The contractor is obligated only to the extent of authorized repairs, installation and regularly scheduled maintenance.
