This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing NSN: 6680-01-361-0741GA, PN: 0116KTU01, Noun: Transmitter, Liquid; NSN 6680-01-361-0740GA, PN: 0116KTU02, Noun: Transmitter, Liquid; NSN 6680-01-360-9451GA, PN: 20-246-01, Noun: Indicator, Liquid Quantity; NSN 2915-01-361-0133GA, PN: 0201KCR01, Noun: Control Unit, Pump; NSN 6680-01-361-0739GA, PN: 0250KTU01, Noun: Transmitter, Liquid. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one plus four ordering periods.
For NSN 6680-01-361-0741GA and NSN 6680-01-360-0740GA, the BEQ for the Basic will be 6 each. Each ordering period will have the same BEQ of 4 each. For NSN 6680-01-360-9451GA, the BEQ for the Basic will be 18 each. Each ordering period will have the same BEQ of 10 each. For NSN 2915-01-361-0133GA, the BEQ for the Basic will be 8 each. Each ordering period will have the same BEQ of 6 each. For NSN 6680-01-361-0739GA, the BEQ for the Basic will be 15 each. Each ordering period will have the same BEQ of 7 each.
Destination: To be determined. Routine Delivery: 60 days after receipt of order or receipt of repairable assets whichever is later. This is a sole source requirement to Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc., 20400 Plummer St., Chatsworth, CA 91311-5371.
