Repair of Liebherr R954C Excavator
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks a contractor to perform repairs on a Liebherr R954C Excavator. This equipment has been used extensively in recent projects, and requires maintenance and repair to return it to full operational status.

Repairs include the following:
• Full Rebuild of quick disconnect
• Boom Grease line repair
• Grease point inspection
• Oil leak near oil cooler
• RH Lift Cylinder leak
• RH Joystick plungers
• Oil pan and ladder gasket leaks
• Water pump replacement
• Lower radiator hose replacement
• #6 Cylinder head gasket replacement
• Replace reservoir coolant hoses
• Service all filters & fluids
• Steam clean coolers and radiator
• Troubleshoot Freon leak in A/C
• Test batteries and charging system
• Replace all leaking hydraulic hoses
• Replace servo hoses going to cab
Contractor pricing shall include transporting equipment from the Fountain City, WI Government facility to their shop, and returning equipment upon completion to the same location.
All supplied parts shall be new and genuine Liebherr original equipment manufacturer
(OEM) parts and all work shall be performed by a Liebherr (OEM) certified Repair Facility or by Liebherr certified technicians.
