RESTRICTED TO QUALIFED SOURCES.  The Government cannot provide a technical data package to interested sources therefore this procurement is restricted to prequalified sources. The only known qualified source for this repair effort is HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC. - CAGE: 5Y043; Authority  6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Award will be made only to a qualified source. A qualification package is required from all other interested contractors not already qualified to be reviewed by the Government Engineer. SEE CLAUSE 52.209-1 and the Repair Qualification Requirements attached hereto for qualification information. The Government reserves the right not to delay contract award in accordance with (IAW) FAR 9.202(e). Past Performance data is to be submitted with the proposal on or before the solicitation closing date unless approval for a later submission beyond the closing date is approved in advance by the contracting officer.



All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

Effort is for the repair of the Color Programmable Display Generator (CPDG) and enhanced Color Programmable Display Generator (eCPDG) for the F16 Aircraft to include all labor and parts or other materials and equipment necessary to accomplish this effort in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement, Appendices, and contract data exhibits. A five year performanced-based firm fixed price Requirements IDIQ contract is anticipated. Period of Performance will be five years from date of award.Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.  See attached solicitation and attachments for further details.

 All current and/or future information about this acquisition, i.e. amendments, performance work statement/specification, Questions and Answers (Q&A's), etc., will be distributed through FBO, therefore, interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most-up-to-date information about this solicitation.
All offerors wishing to be considered must be currently registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.  

Respondents must specify in its response whether it is a large business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern etc., and also specify if your company is a U.S. or a foreign-owned firm.
