C. The Resulting Contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price Contract
D. This Acquisition as been designated for procurement as a Total Small Business Set-Aside and will be awarded via sealed bidding IAW FAR Part 14.
E. The Project Magnitude for this project IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
F. Payment and Performance Bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102.
G. The construction wage requirement statute (Davis-Bacon) FL20160201 applies to this project.
H. The Period of Performance is 120 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
