This Solicitation is hereby unsuspended in accordance with Solicitation Amendment FA8533-17-R-0022-0002. 

The Government has a requirement to obtain onsite repair of the Digital DAAE, NSN 4920-01-183-5261KV, and Radio Frequency DAAE, NSN 4920-01-183-5260KV. The repair of the DAAE test stations shall result in a Fully Mission Capable status of the station.

This Requirements contract will have a potential five year period of performance, including a one year basic and four, One year options. The Best Estimated Quantity is 5 each per NSN for each ordering period. A pricing mix of Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fix Fee and Cost Reimbursement No Fee CLINs will be utilized.

The proposed contract action is for repair services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with limited sources; EDO, LLC, CAGE 82340, and Mercer Engineering Research Center, CAGE 0AC45, under authority of FAR 6.302-1.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to this solicitation notice. There is no technical data available. All signed amendments and proposal with attachments shall be submitted electronically by the date and time requested in Block 9 of FA8533-17-R-0022-0002 via AMRDEC SAFE (https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe/), with an email notification sent to Janie.Bryson@us.af.mil and Sandra.Harvey.2@us.af.mil on the date of submission. Hard copy proposals are not accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to Janie.Bryson@us.af.mil with copy to Sandra.Harvey.2@us.af.mil. NO TELEPHONE QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
