Repair of ALQ-155 Flow Protect Valve
This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABB anticipates issuing a requirements-type contract for the repair of the AN/ALQ-155 Flow Protect Valve which consists of National Stock Number (NSN) 4810-01-335-3160EW that supports Line Replacement Unit (LRU) repairs.
This action will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price Requirements IDIQ 5-year contract (one year basic with four, one year Ordering Periods). A description of the Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is described below:

Basic Ordering Period: 20 EA; 90 days after contract award.
Ordering Period I: 20 EA; 90 days after contract award.
Ordering Period II: 20 EA; 90 days after contract award.
Ordering Period III: 20 EA; 90 days after contract award.
Ordering Period IV: 20 EA; 90 days after contract award.
Six Month Service Extension: 9 EA; 90 days after contract award.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, International Enterprises Incorporated (IEI), Cage: 50218, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of parts from additional sources. This acquisition does include the development and delivery of technical data that may be utilized for future competitive procurements.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
