Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for repair and maintenance services for the Xerox photocopiers.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price technically acceptable; See Section 3 of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).
Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Quotation Enclosed" to the Procurement & Contracting Office, 8 Kamal El Din Salah St., Cairo II Building, 3rd Floor on or before October 15rd, 2014 on 04:00 PM. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449
2. Section 1, Block 23
3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications;
4. Additional information as required in Section 3.
