100% Small Business Set-aside competition combined synopsis and solicitation (FA8224-14-R-0131) for this Commercial requirement.
The Air Force is seeking proposals for technical assistance, repair, maintenance, improvement, implementation, document maintenance, and training for all WesTest Pitch and Roll Channel Assembly & Aileron Rudder Interconnect (PRCA/ARI) P/N 9000318-1 Test Consoles IAW Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 07 JUL 2014 and associated documents.
This request for proposals (RFP) for a Time and Material effort capable of meeting the requirements listed in the attached PWS. This acquisition shall utilize Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. Reference the solicitation for more details special note to review ADDENDA TO FAR 52.212-1 - INSTRUCTIONS and FAR 52.212-2 - TECHNICAL EVALUATION CRITERIA for basis of award.
The Government intends to award on the basis of these provided proposals. Please refer to the solicitation for more detailed information. Any questions concerning this requirement must be submitted in writing, via email at least 14 working days prior to the closing date. Questions need to be emailed directly to [email protected]
The Contractor must provide a current DD Form 2345 and must comply with AFI 61-204 (NOTICE TO ACCOMPANY THE DISSEMINATION OF EXPORT-CONTROLLED TECHNICAL DATA) and verify the DD Form 2345 through the Joint Certification Program http://www.dlis.dla.mil/JCP/ prior to any release of documentation.
