Repair and Renovation
The Work includes the renovation of an existing 2 story 14,503 square foot building. Include in the work is mold and asbestos abatement, the additional of a fire sprinkler system, upgrading toilet facilities, reworking and replacing the buildings HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems, replacing exterior soffit and fascias, upgrading all building finishes, resealing existing window systems and precast concrete panels, and reworking of interior spaces.
