This Amendment is to revise the language in the Performance Based Work Statement (PWS), Revise the Wage Determination, and incorporate both documents into the Solicitation, deletion of Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) X012 and to add DFARS Clause 252.246-7007. The Response Date has been extended to 12 Sept 2014, 9:00 AM EST.
The proposed contract action is for supplies and/or services for which the Government is soliciting sole source and intends negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
