Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for Repair Sinkholes at USCG Station Grand Haven Grand Haven, MI. Major work items include: Repair sinkholes and related incidental work at four locations along the steel sheet pile bulkhead, consisting of removing bituminous pavement, concrete slabs, and miscellaneous site features; forming around existing pipe penetrations; placing concrete fill to seal the pipe penetrations (approx. 25 cubic yards); backfilling with flowable fill (approx. 186 cubic yards); and replacing the concrete slabs (approx. 150 square yards), bituminous pavement (approx. 190 square yards), and site features to match existing. Install steel cover plates over approximately 235 abandoned bolt holes on the face of the sheet pile bulkhead. Provide additional concrete that may be required due to unknown void extents and/or increases in void sizes since initial inspection. Provide additional flowable fill due to unknown void extents and/or increases in void sizes since initial inspection. Provide additional replacement 8-inch reinforced concrete slabs as needed. Provide additional replacement 8-inch bituminous pavement as needed. Provide additional steel cover plates as needed for additional bolt holes. This procurement is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 237990/$36.5M. Completion time is 175 DANTP.
