Inspection and Repair Services for 2 Throttle Valve Assemblies, MS-6 and MS-7
Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Marine Services (NGMS) to provide inspection and repair services for two (2) each Throttle Valve Assemblies, MS-6 and MS-7, PN 1941E15-002 provided by PHNSY&IMF. The Valve Assembly is displayed on Westinghouse Electric Co. drawing number 1941E15, Rev A. Market research has determined that NGMS has acquired Westinghouse Electronic and all proprietary information related to these assemblies. Various steps used in the repair process are proprietary.
