Furnish all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision, all operations identified and any other necessary to complete Project No. ZNRE 14-4130, Repair Roofs, 14 Garden Units, East Military Family Housing, Yokota Air Base, Japan. Project site: Buildings 4525, 4529 and 4533.
The magnitude of this project is expected between Y10,394,390 ($100,000) and Y25,985,975 ($250,000) in accordance with FAR 36.204 (c), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude

Pre-proposal Conference/Site Visit: The site visit for bidders is scheduled on 12 Jun 14, at 0900 hours, at 374th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 620. Please make sure to bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's license with 8 digits password). For vehicle passes, bring the proper original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper identification/documentation may cause you unable to enter the base.
