ASRC Federal Communications (ASRCC), is contemplating the issue of solicitation IIFB214B for XTLF14-1018 Repair Roof-F141 Maintenance Hangar. ASRCC General Previsions and FAR Flowdown Provisions for Subcontracts and Federal Supplement II terms and conditions will apply to the award.  There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or ASRC should funding not be provided should this solicitation be canceled or rejected in the absence of funding no contract will result. Upon funding, to be considered for award of this project a contractor must have satisfactory previous experience in the types of work contained in this solicitation and have a successful track record performing the types of work contained in the project? Vance AFB also has strict Base access regulations and commercial inspections are mandatory with each entry to the facility. The acceptance period for this action will be 90 days and contractors should consider this impact to their bonding limits prior to bidding the solicitation.  This project consist of stripping sod, grading And compaction of the affected area to grades and slopes as shown on the plans and re-installation of the sod.  Project consists of removing existing EIFS siding, metal flashing, gutters, and downspouts on the upper west side of Facility 141 Maintenance Hangar, and replacing with new concealed fastener metal panels, insulation, flashings, gutters and downspouts as shown on the construction documents. Interior Work: remove gypsum board containing mold. Patch and replace to match existing. Remove existing wallcovering; inspect for mold and remove gypsum board containing mold. Patch and replace gypsum board. Prepare surfaces where wallcovering was removed to receive knock-down spatter texture; paint. Remove existing vinyl tile and base in corridor; replace with new vinyl tile and new rubber base. Remove existing carpet where indicated; replace with new carpet and new rubber base. Paint walls, doors and door trim as indicated on drawings. Remove and dispose of existing acoustical ceiling tile; replace with new ceiling tile using existing grid.
