Repair Roof at UPH ATC Mobile, Alabama

SYNOPIS: THIS SOLICITAITON IS AN ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.
The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and tools to repair a roof at UPH ATC Mobile, Alabama. The proposed work will replace the lower roof section connecting the eastern BEQ wing to the central galley, BOQ roof sections, repair blister on galley, and provide a high build white cool roof coating to areas indentified in the contract drawings. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2012 code is 238160. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $15 million. Bid Payment and Performance Bonds are required.
