This solicitation FA6648-18-R-0015 is being issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP).This solicitation document with the incorporated provisions and documents are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72.
The Department of the Air Force, 482nd Homestead ARB, FL has a requirement to Repair Roof and Fascia in Multiple Buildings.The requirements include: meeting all specifications in the Statement of Work Statement (SOW)
The roof and fascia repairs shall be completed in a manner consistent with industry standard practices using materials that are specifically intended by the manufacturer to be used for roof and fascia repairs. Period of Performance is contingent upon award date.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date.
A site visit of the area for service is scheduled on 2 May 2018 at 9:00 A.M.Eastern standard time (EST). Provide the name(s) of the representative(s) from your company who will be attending by noon EST on 27 April 2018 to kevin.scott.21@us.af.mil. Attendance at the site visit is encouraged. There will NOT be an opportunity to schedule an alternate day for a site visit, if your company cannot attend.

We anticipate a single award contract based on Total Evaluated Price (TEP). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238160 and the small business size standard is $15 M. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This will be a fixed price construction contract. Offerors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award. The solicitation will be made available only on the FedBizOps website. Paper copies will not be available. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. All proposals shall be sent via email to kevin.scott.21@us.af.mil. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the interested parties' responsibility to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to the solicitation.
The period of performance shall be for 60 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.


DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE between $25,000 and $100,000

A cost breakdown for each Contract Line Item (CLIN) in section is requested with proposal. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond will be required prior to issuance of notice to proceed. By partnership agreement dated 1 Feb 2002 between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense, the SBA delegated to the Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics) its authority under para. 8(a)(1)(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)) to enter 8(a) prime contracts and its authority under para. 8(a)(1)(b) to award the performance of those contracts to eligible 8(a) program participants. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://ww w .sam.gov). An award cannot be made to a contractor not registered. Prospecitve offerors are required to provide estimated time frames for completion of project with proposal. Notice: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. A site visit will be held on 2 May 2018 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern standard time (EST).
