Repair Road & ER Parking Lot (OM), Construction, PN#636-17-204 636-17-3-5951-0004
The VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System has a requirement to Repair Hospital Main Road and ER Parking Lot: Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, grading, necessary removal of existing pavement and construction and certain other items. The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, necessary for remediation, demolition, and construction according to the plans and specifications for project number 636-17-204, Repair Hospital Main Road & ER Parking Lot.
Construction is estimated to take 45 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
Solicitation Number VA263-17-B-0132 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov on or about February 21, 2017. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project.
An Organized Site Visit will be held sometime between the dates of March 2, 2017. (See solicitation when available for specific date/time/location of Organized Site Visit).
The Period of Performance is expected to be 45 calendar days from the receipt of Notice-to-Proceed (See solicitation when available for actual Period of Performance requirements).
THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461.
Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
