Repair Pavement Kenly Road
Design-Build requirement for the repair of Kenly Road from Luke to Truemper street. This project is 100% set-aside for Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). NAICS: 237310. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Construction Wage Rate Requirement, formerly known as Davis-Bacon Act, is stricly enforced; General Decision Number TX170280 (06/02/2017).
INSTRUCTIONS: Offeror shall complete the following SF 1442 Sections as part of the offer:
Section A. Provide fill-in for the following SF 1442 Blocks: 14, 15, 16 (if different than block 14) 17, 20a, 20b, 20c, and block 19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 1442 block 20b.
Section B. Provide Unit Price and Net Amount for CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002.
Section I. Complete appropriate certifications in clauses 52.219-28, 52.223-3, 52.225-9 and 252.223-7001.
Section K. Complete all appropriate and applicable Representations and Certifications.
PROPOSAL: Offeror shall submit complete and detailed proposal packages including all supporting documentations as stated in section L "Instructions to Offerors."
