Repair Maintenance Hangar, B102
The USPFO for Ohio Purchasing and Contracting Mansfield ANG Office, is issuing this Solicitation notice for Project No: PBXP 132166 - Repair Maintenance Hangar, Bldg. 102, at Mansfield Air National Guard Base (MANGB), Mansfield, Ohio. This project includes repair and renovation, to include demolition effort, for fire protection/suppression systems, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, telecommunications. Exterior brick veneer and metal siding require renovation, along with replacement of windows and doors, to meet energy efficient and ATFP compliance goals.
The construction/contract duration is 577 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed, to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish demolition and construction.
There are no additive bid items or options.
In accordance with FAR 14.101(d), bids will be evaluated without discussions. Award will be made in accordance with FAR 14.101(e).
This project is solicited as SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, 100%.
All responsible bidders are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $36,500,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00.
The date for the pre-bid conference/site visit is on JULY 30, 2019 at 1000am, See Sec 00100 item 3 (pg. 11 of solicitation) for details. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. The bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for August 23, at 1:00pm.
