STATEMENT OF WORK
General: The work will consist of completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing materials, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Repair lots 22, 12, and 13 project as required by drawings and specifications at the Hampton VA Medical Center.
Construction Cost and Duration: Range: $200,000.00 to $500,000.00 estimated time of work: Construction 120 days including submittals.
Phasing: Project construction will be phased as indicated in drawings and specifications. Work will be scheduled to minimize the disruption to the medical center and other contractors.
Construction Services: Perform work as described above and in accordance with professionally developed design drawings and specifications.
Place of Performance: Tasks will be performed at the VA Medical Center Hampton, VA. Work will be around an occupied healthcare facility in operation 24 hours a day.
