Repair Lorad LPX-160 X-ray

This is a sources sought notice. The 133rd MN ANG is seeking qualified vendors with which to contract who can repair a Lorad LPX-160 X-ray Apparatus Set, NSN 6635-01-417-1830. Lorad LPX-160 X-ray Apparatus Set will be shipped to the Contractor and returned to the 133rd MN ANG upon completion of repair.
The 133rd AW is under the impression that the described requirement is a Sole Source requirement due to lethal radiation dose for the LPX-160 is as little as two minutes at full power. If your company can repair the subject X-ray Apparatus Set, NSN 6635-01-417-1830, please immediately contact MSgt Mikkael Hahn via email at mikkael.r.hahn.mil@mail.mil such that this requirement can be bid.
The following is needed:
CLIN001 Repair Lorad LPX-160 X-ray Apparatus Set, NSN 6635-01-417-1830
- Evaluate, test, parts and labor
- Refill SF6 gas
- Final testing
- Include any shipping costs
- Repair or maintenance of all x-ray machines shall be conducted by an authorized manufacturer representative
