Repair Heating System in Buildings #30114 - 30121 and 30167, Range #301, Grafenwoehr Training Area
1.The project includes the repair of heating system in various buildings on the Range 301, Grafenwoehr Training Area.
2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
3. The performance period is 270 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 20 calendar days is included.
4. The solicitation will be issued on or about 24 July 2014 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately 01 September 2014. The solicitation will be posted on the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted if is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments.
5. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria.
6. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
7. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
